David went into the galley & found a frightful mess. All of the pans were dirty. A dark #molten substance had splashed & splattered nearly every surface.
"Angels! What happened in here?"
They filed in.
"Happy Valentines, David" Zaza said handing him a bag of chocolates.

at but a snail's pace
and as they go they leave behind

from whence they came and where they go
they seem to give no mind
content with serendipity
to govern what they find
"It's time to get up," Tseluna said.
"Okay," Rory replied. "I just need a 'tuit.'"
"A what?"
"A 'tuit!' A #round one…"
"How will that help?"
"I'll get up when I get around to it."
"How droll," she said as she pressed her finger against his shoulder & zapped him.

Mary circled around the poachers in wolf form then transformed behind an immense ostrich fern & stepped through the fronds. They jumped with surprise. One pointed his gun at Mary only to have her casually twist it out of his grasp.
"You're trespassing," she said.

"No!" David replied, putting his foot down. "You need a balanced diet."
"But we already made Fun Meals for tonight," Zaza said with a sly look opening the replicator. "But, look! We made you a Fun Dinner."

I took an evening walk on the solstice. Mary ranged nearby, without showing herself.
"Bees," she said to me in my head. "Ever since I consumed Arthur Bern I keep noticing wild bee hives. And craving honey."
"Let's just buy some at the farmer's market tomorrow."

Today, I reviewed the proofs for two short stories, returned corrections, and signed the contract for a third story, so getting the wonderful review by @morinotsuma was the icing on the cake.
