Google Trends

Another useful Google project is Google Trends, which let's you look at the history of searches and what things they might be related to. Here is the link to see the search history of Esperanto. There are three peaks, which they identify as related to particular articles in the press related to Esperanto. But you can also do comparisons -- for example, here's Esperanto and Colbert. We were tied with Stephen Colbert a few years ago, but he's way ahead of us now -- Especially after his outstanding performance at the White House Correspondents Dinner.
