went to the no-longer-local @Xfinity store (as you must every year or two, in order to not g̵e̵t̵ ̵s̵c̵r̵e̵w̵e̵d̵ way overpay for services), but the wait is endless & every surface is covered with moving, flashing, flickering displays that aggravate my vestibular disorder.
